C & C creates successful formula
Tom Carrano Jr., president of C&C Pest Control, wants his company to be the best pest control firm in the Chicago area. With an abundance of enthusiasm to match his determination, he'll stop at nothing less. Averaging $800,000 in annual business, C&C Pest Control grows 20 to 25 percent each year. Constantly striving to improve, Carrano has come a long way since the early days. Carrano worked for a Chicago pest control operation for about one year before starting his own full time, one-man operation out of his garage in 1975, "I've been growing ever since," Carrano says "and so has my family-we now have 10 children."
Like many successful PCOs, Carrano emphasizes customer service, and is committed to solving customers' problems while being courteous to them. He also values all of his accounts- large and small.
Carrano's business is built on industrial, commercial, healthcare and retail accounts serviced within 40 mile radius of his North Lake office. In his strive for excellence, Carrano has built up his business from ground level, Well endowed with knowledge and determination.
Meet Tom Martinico
Mr. Martinico started with C & C Pest Control in 1984 as a service technician for 2 years, he was then promoted as a full-time sales representative from 1986 to 2014. Today Tom works part time in sales and is in charged of the monthly training session for all employees. Truly a dedicated employee of C & C pest control.
